    I listened to Dr Jim’s podcast. My problem is I have no heatburn but have laryngopharyngeal reflux with bad taste in my mouth during the night plus phlegm. My acupunctures who has her MD wondered if it possible to strengthen the upper esophagel schincters by exercise. I have been prescribed PPI’s but they upset my stomach
